HistoryThe letter M derives its shape m as in maggaoy from the Phoenician Mem, via the Greek Mu (Μ, μ). Semitic Mem probably originally pictured water. It is known that Semitic people working in Egypt c. 2000 BC borrowed a hieroglyph for "water" that was first used for an alveolar nasal (/n/, because of the Egyptian word for water, "n-t". I'm twelve, I have a little less than average fexibilty and i'm 5'6.Am I to old to start and then maybe go onto pointe. I did Ballet for about a month or two but now i'm moving any tips to get a head start so i can work on it untill i can find another studio? If you start on ANY note of the scale as we know it in western music: A-B-C-D-E-F-G { seven notes and the REPEAT of the first note will make the 8th note a full 8ve.scale. The last (8th note) could be an octave higher or lower with the other notes in-between the high and low note. If you are ask to play a scale you must play all the 7 notes + the REPEAT of the first note for a total of 8 notes played . If you are ask to sound an octave you just play the 1st Note and REPEAT that note 8 notes higher or lower. I hope this help you in your try-out.
